Please place your order carefully as we do not exchange or refund or accept returns for individual tastes, dietary requirements, change of mind or incorrect products ordered. Sale goods are non-returnable unless faulty.

We will arrange to collect the damaged product and replace it with an equivalent product, or to refund it, provided that you have contacted us within the following time from the date of receipt of the product: 48 hours.
